APSU Sports: Austin Peay Women’s Soccer
Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University women’s soccer team has five dates on the spring 2013 schedule, head coach Kelley Guth announced Thursday. With six seniors to replace, Guth is counting on a stringent spring schedule to give her an idea of who can step up in their stead.

The Lady Govs open the spring schedule at Murray State’s Indoor Invitational, March 2nd, in Paducah, KY. After that, Austin Peay hosts Vanderbilt (March 24th, 2:00pm) and Western Kentucky (April 6th, 5:00pm) at Morgan Brothers Field.
On April 13th, the Lady Govs travel to Bowling Green, KY for two games. Austin Peay faces Belmont at 11:30am before facing Middle Tennessee at 3:30pm.
The Lady Govs close out the spring schedule against Ohio Valley Conference foe Southeast Missouri, 5:00pm, April 19th.
Along with 13 returning players, Austin Peay has two additions to the squad for the spring season. Gina Fabbro, a mid-year addition from Canada, and JoAnn Street, a Lipscomb transfer, will get a chance to show the staff what they can do before Austin Peay’s incoming 2013 recruiting class arrives in the fall.
