The victory evened APSU record at 2-2 and came on the heels of the Governors impressive Friday victory at Chattanooga.
The Governors started off by capturing the doubles point, with the teams of Iago Seffrin-Dimitar Ristovski and John Storie-Aleksas Tverijonas capturing 8-1 decisions at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions, respectively. No. 1 team Sean Bailey-Jasmin Ademovic lost to Hans Hack-Jason Proctor, 8-1.
Hach proved to be Bailey’s nemesis during the day. He defeated Bailey at No. 1 singles, 6-2, 2-6, 6-3.
But APSU dominated the remaining singles match, losing just one other set, that coming at No. 2 singles, the rest of the way.
