Nashville Predators affiliate Milwaukee Admirals announces Magnus Hellberg selected as Goaltender of the Month
Milwaukee, WI - The American Hockey League announced today that Magnus Hellberg of the Milwaukee Admirals has been selected as the CCM/AHL Goaltender of the Month for February.
In what was one of the greatest months for a goalie in Admirals history, Hellberg went 6-1-0 with a 1.36 goals-against average, a .950 save percentage and two shutouts for the Admirals. «Read the rest of this article»

Renaissance Center hosts Free Health and Wellness Fair

Dickson, TN – The Renaissance Center is excited to present the First Annual Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, March 9th, 10:00am-4:00pm. The event is free and includes health screenings, consultations and education provided by the Lipscomb University School of Nursing.
Starting the day off is renowned eye surgeon Dr. Ming Wang with a “Vision Care” seminar in the Performance Hall at 10:30am. Dr. Wang will also be available for questions after the talk.

Indoor Aquatic Center will be operate on a new schedule for the remainder of the season
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation would like to announce that the Indoor Aquatic Center, located at 166 Cunningham Lane, will begin closing at 6:00pm on Fridays beginning March 1st to allow for private pool rentals.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are asking for assistance identifying the two women caught on video in a Wilma Rudolph Boulevard business, who are part of a shoplifting ring.
Clarksville is one of the many locations the thieves have been spotted and stolen thousands of dollars of merchandise.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department reports McClardy Road Water Outage

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on a section of McClardy Road and Robertson Court to repair a six-inch water main leak. Construction crews expect the repair work to be complete by approximately 8:00pm.
Roads are open to traffic.
