Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrests Robertson County Man for Child Pornography

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation today arrested a Robertson County man for possessing child pornography after a forensic examination of the computers in his home revealed hundreds of images of children engaged in sexual activity.

Brian Wade Hampton, 44, of White House, Tennessee was indicted by the Robertson County grand jury in February on one count of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Regional Command EastBagram, Afghanistan – There are arguably tens of millions of football fans around the globe, and it is safe to assume that a great deal are fans of Super Bowl champion and current Denver Broncos’ quarterback, Peyton Manning.

So when Manning touched down on Bagram Airfield, March 1st, the service members assigned there were ecstatic.

Clarksville’s Bashaara Graves and Kamiko Williams lead University of Tennessee Lady Vols to SEC Championship

 

Tennessee VolunteersKnoxville, TN – #8 Tennessee secured the outright regular-season SEC championship with an 82-72 victory over #13/15 Texas A&M on Thursday night before 12,213 at Thompson-Boling Arena. The Lady Vols claimed their 17th SEC regular-season crown overall.

Senior Kamiko Williams scored a career-high 18 points and classmate Taber Spani scored eight as the duo won their third SEC regular-season crown.

Clarksville Gas and Water reports Southern Drive Water Outage

 

Saturday, March 2nd, 2013

Clarksville Gas and Water DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water will turn off water on Southern Drive to repair a six-inch water main leak. The water outage will affect Southern Drive, Bluegrass Road and Plantation Drive. Area residents may experience low water pressure during the repair work.

Construction crews expect the work to be complete by 6:00pm. The roads are open to traffic
