Riding a 10-match win streak, the Govs lead the Ohio Valley Conference by a healthy margin as they near the halfway point. Austin Peay has only lost three points in four conference matches through March, and haven’t lost more than twice in a match since March 5 against Lipscomb.

Reigning OVC Player of the Week Dimitar Ristovski is one of four Govs riding a long win streak into the week. Ristovski (10 matches), sophomore Aleksas Tverijonas (12 matches), senior Sean Bailey (seven matches) and junior Jasmin Ademovic (six matches) all have been over the last few weeks.

Murray State (0-13, 0-4 OVC) is still seeking its season’s first victory. Only two Racers, junior Adam Taylor and senior Tyler Jeffers, have at least three victories during the spring season; Taylor leads the Racers with five wins, including Murray State’s lone No. 1 singles victory, while Jeffers has three wins.
