Clarksville, TN – According to Clarksville Police, Carl Allen Whiteside Jr. surrendered himself around 8:00pm (local time) to Police in Stockton, California. He is wanted for the shooting death of Patrice Smith on April 7th, 2013.
He is awaiting extradition back to Clarksville, TN.
