Clarksville, TN – The Rivers and Spires Festival and the the Clarksville-Montgomery County Convention and Visitors Bureau, want to extend a ‘thank-you’ to all the sponsors, volunteers and vendors who helped make the 11th annual Rivers and Spires Festival an overwhelming success.
This year, over 35,000 people attended the three-day event, with over 28,500 people attending on Saturday alone.
The weekend was full of free entertainment and activities for the whole family including the Jo Dee Messina and Building 429 concerts on Saturday night.“This year’s Festival was a huge success, and I can’t thank our sponsors and volunteers enough,” said Festival Director, Doug Barber. “We couldn’t have asked for better weather on Saturday and it was great to see everyone out enjoying the day and all the free activities.”
Through the help of nearly 700 volunteers and the financial commitment of sponsors, including title sponsors Coors Light and Agero, the Rivers & Spires Festival was able to bring another year of free family fun to the streets of Historic Downtown Clarksville.
We look forward to seeing you all again April 24th-26th, 2014.
