Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department reports Portions of McGregor Park reopened

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – Portions of McGregor Park has been reopened and visitors can now return to enjoy another of Clarksville’s parks flooded by heavy rains last weekend.

The pavilion, As the River Flows museum, boat ramp and playground areas are now open.

A small section of the park between the Packet Boat Plaza and the boat ramp will remain closed while park maintenance continues to clean up debris.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation asks visitors to steer clear of closed areas until the barriers are removed. Liberty Park and Trice Landing remain closed at this time.
