Tennessee Department of Transportation Maintenance Work for Montgomery County area starting May 20th, 2013

Tennessee Department of TransportationNashville, TN – In Montgomery County, the Tennessee Department of Transportation will be doing resurfacing and bridge deck repair on I-24 from SR 76 to the Robertson County Line.

Starting Monday, May 20th through Wednesday May 22nd, from 8:00pm-6:00am, there will be one alternating lane closures on I-24 eastbound and westbound in order to mill and pave the roadway.

TDOT Maintenance – Middle Tennessee

Monday May 20th through Wednesday May 22nd, 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:

  • I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Davidson, Robertson, Williamson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys Counties

Davidson County

Staring Monday, May 20th through Wednesday May 22nd, from 9:00am-3:00pm and 7:00pm-1:00am, there will be various shoulder closures in Davidson County for rock removal on all interstates.  All lanes will remain open.

  • Monday May 20th through Wednesday May 22nd, 8:00pm-1:00am, there will be alternating lane closures on various state routes for crack sealing.  One lane will remain open.
  • Monday May 20th, 8:00pm-1:00am, the two left lanes will be closed on I-24 eastbound between mile marker 48.7 to mile marker 49.0 for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.
