Dunbar Cave State Park to hold Birds of Prey Program Saturday, June 29th

Dunbar Cave seen from across Swan LakeClarksville, TN – On Saturday, June 29th, the Dunbar Cave State Natural Area will be hold “Birds of Prey” presentation.

This free program for all ages. The program will be put on three times on Saturday, 11:00am, 2:00pm and 5:00pm.

The event will take place at the cool entrance to Dunbar Cave.

Rebecca Davenport of Paris Landing State Park will bring her Red-tailed Hawk, American Kestrel and Barred Owl (and maybe a surprise!) for you to see and learn about.

Between programs you will get a chance to see mammal pelts and learn about some mammals of the area. Both programs will be presented by Rebecca Davenport and Shawn Settle, Seasonal Interpretive Ranger.

No reservations needed. Children must be accompanied by an adult (one adult for each three children).

Dunbar Cave State Natural Area is located at 401 Old Dunbar Cave Road in Clarksville, TN.
