Montgomery County area Tennessee Department of Transportation Maintenance Work starting July 22nd, 2013

Tennessee Department of Transportation - TDOTNashville, TN – In Montgomery County, the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will be milling, paving, and striping roadway on State Route 374 between mile marker 2.5 and mile marker 3.5 on Monday July 22nd through Wednesday July 24th, from 9:00am-3:00pm.

There will be intermittent lanes closures in both directions.  

TDOT Maintenance: Middle Tennessee

On Monday, July 22nd through Wednesday, July 24th, from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:

  • I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Davidson, Robertson, Williamson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys Counties

Stewart County

On Monday 22nd from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be intermittent lane closures in both directions on Fire Tower Road at Land Between the Lakes State Park for milling, paving, and striping roadway.

Davidson County

On Monday July 22nd through Wednesday July 24th from 9:00am-3:00pm and 7:00pm-1:00am, there will be various shoulder closures in Davidson County for rock removal on all interstates.  All lanes will remain open.

On Monday July 22nd through Wednesday July 24th, 8:00pm-1:00am, there will be alternating lane closures on various state routes for crack sealing.  One lane will remain open.

On Monday July 22nd through Wednesday July 24th, 9:00am-3:00pm and 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be mobile operations in various locations on the interstates in Davidson County for Drain Cleaning Operations.  This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

On Monday July 22nd from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be alternating lane closures on I-440 westbound ramp to I-40W between mile marker 0.0 and mile marker 0.2 for milling and paving.  One lane will remain open.

On Tuesday July 23rd and Wednesday July 24th, 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be alternating lane closures on I-24 in both directions between mile marker 33 and mile marker 43 for milling, paving and rock removal. One lane will remain open.

TDOT Materials and Tests

Tuesday July 23rd, 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be a moving lane closure on SR257 in Robertson County in both directions from SR11 to SR41 in order to core the roadway.
