Montgomery County area TDOT Maintenance Work starting August 23rd, 2013

Tennessee Department of Transportation - TDOTNashville, TN – In Montgomery County, the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that Friday August 23rd through Wednesday August 28th, 7:00pm-5:00am, in Clarksville Tennessee there will be intermittent lane closures on State Route 112 (U.S. 41 A – Madison Street) between mile marker 9.0 and mile marker 10.0 in order to pave and stripe the roadway.

One lane will remain open in each direction.

On Friday August 23rd through Wednesday August 28th, 7:00pm-5:00am, there will be intermittent lane closures on State Route 374 (Richview Road) between mile marker 0 and mile marker 1.0 in order to pave and stripe the roadway.

One lane will remain open in each direction.

TDOT Maintenance: Middle Tennessee

On Friday, August 23rd through Wednesday, August 28th, 9:00am-3:00pm, (excluding weekends), there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:

  • I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Davidson, Robertson, Williamson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys Counties

Cheatham County

On Friday August 23rd through Wednesday August 28th, 7:00pmn-5:00am, one lane will be closed in both directions on I-40 in Cheatham County between mile marker 188 and mile marker 191.4 for pothole repair on the Harpeth River Bridge deck.

Davidson County

On Friday August 23rd through Wednesday August 28th, 9:00am-3:00pm and 7:00pm-1:00am, (excluding weekends), there will be various shoulder closures in Davidson County for rock removal on all interstates.  All lanes will remain open.

On Friday August 23rd through Wednesday August 28th, 8:00pm-1:00am, (excluding weekends), there will be alternating lane closures on various state routes for crack sealing. One lane will remain open.

On Monday August 26th through Wednesday August 28th, 9:00am-3:00pm and 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be mobile operations in various locations on the interstates in Davidson County for Drain Cleaning Operations.  This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

On Tuesday August 27th, 8:00pm-5:00am, the two left lanes will be closed on I-24 westbound at the I-40 eastbound junction (over Murfreesboro Road) between mile marker 51 and mile marker 52 for milling and paving.  The two right lanes will remain open.
