Austin Peay State University Lady Govs - APSUClarksville, TN – After a successful opening weekend at the Brooks Memphis Twilight in Memphis, Austin Peay State University women’s cross-country team travels to Chattanooga for the first of two meets on the Moccasin Bend course when the Lady Govs compete in the Powerade Invitational, 5:45pm (CT), Friday.

Clarksville's Riverfest 2013Clarksville, TN – Clarksville’s Riverfest is proud to bring Sidewalk Prophets, a Christian recording group, to the First Baptist Church Stage Friday night, September 6th. The Sidewalk Prophets will be performing at 9:00pm.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department announces Tobacco Road Water Outage Planned

 

Friday, September 6th, 2013

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water will turn off water service on a section of Tobacco Road on Friday morning at 8:30am for water main repair work. The water outage will affect residents on Tobacco Road between Hadley Drive and Tiny Town Road and Hadley Drive residents.

The road will be open to traffic.

Clarksville’s Riverfest brings Skynyrd Lynyrd to the stage Friday night

 

Clarksville's Riverfest 2013Clarksville, TN – Riverfest is proud to bring the Skynyrd Lynyrd Band, a tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd, to the Miller Lite Stage Friday night, September 6th starting at 9:45pm.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Stillwood Drive from Timberdale Drive to Trenton Road to repair a six-inch water main leak. The repair work is anticipated to be completed by approximately 3:00pm.

Austin Peay State University Athletics announces Peay Prize Patrol

 

APSU - Austin Peay State University SportsClarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University’s athletic department will launch the Peay Prize Patrol, which weekly will reward school pride and spirit displays, beginning Friday.

The Peay Prize Patrol will visit submitted locations and reward the best spirit display, beginning this week with on-campus APSU students and APSU Faculty and Staff office areas.
