Montgomery County area TDOT Maintenance Work starting October 10th, 2013

Tennessee Department of Transportation - TDOTNashville, TN – In Montgomery County, the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that Tuesday October 15th, starting at 9:00am through Wednesday October 16th, 4:00pm, State Route 233 in Montgomery County will be closed to through traffic from Woodlawn Road (8.95 Mile Marker) to Lake Road (7.03 Mile Marker) to allow the contractor to install a cross drain.

Local traffic will still be allowed.

One lane will remain open in each direction.

TDOT Maintenance: Middle Tennessee

Thursday October 10 through Wednesday October 16th, 9:00am-3:00pm, (excluding weekends), there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:

  • I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Davidson, Robertson, Williamson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys Counties

Davidson County

On Thursday October 10th through Wednesday October 16th, 9:00am-3:00pm and 7:00pm-1:00am, (excluding weekends), there will be various shoulder closures in Davidson County for rock removal on all interstates. All lanes will remain open

On Thursday October 10th through Wednesday October 16th, 8:00pm-1:00am, (excluding weekends), there will be alternating lane closures on various state routes for crack sealing.  One lane will remain open.

On Thursday October 10th through Wednesday October 16th, 9:00am-3:00pm and 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be mobile operations in various locations on the interstates in Davidson County for Drain Cleaning Operations.  This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

On Thursday October 10th, 7:00pm-5:00am, there will be alternating lane closures on State Route 155 (Briley Parkway) in both directions between mile marker 27 and mile marker 24 for milling and paving.  One lane will remain open.

On Tuesday October 15th, 8:00pm-5:00am, The right lane on I-24 eastbound and the left lane on I-40 eastbound split at the 211 mile marker will be closed for milling and paving.  One lane will remain open.
