Fort Campbell, KY – Fratellenico Physical Fitness Facility has released their new Fitness Program Calendar.
Class instructors are Lucy Arvelo, Vermelle Bartee, Reanae Hopkins and Diane Reyes. Reanae and Diane are new to the staff. There is no charge to participate in these classes.
Classes and instructors are subject to change.

Mondays
- 12:00pm – Total Body
Tuesdays
- 11:00am – 30 Minute Abs or Legs
- 12:00pm – Zumba®
- 5:00pm – Cycling
Wednesdays
- 9:30am – PIYO
- 12:00pm – 20-20-20
Thursdays
- 12:00pm – Zumba®
- 5:00pm – Instructors Choice Interval
Saturdays
- 9:00am – Cycling (every other Saturday, alternating with PIYO)
- 10:30am – PIYO (every other Saturday, alternating with Cycling)
