Clarksville Police Department seeks information on Robbery Suspects

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The first robbery took place on Monday, October 28th, 2013 at approximately 9:49pm, a 69 year old female and a 52 year old female were robbed as they were returning to the 69 year old’s mobile home, at an address on Goodlett Drive.

They were returning home after visiting a “lotto store” in Oak Grove, KY. The 69 year old was pushed to the ground by a black male, wearing a bandanna, as she was walking to the front door of her house.

The suspect demanded her money and began patting her down, attempting to search her for money. The suspect took over $500.00 total from the female victims. The suspect, then, ran away and was not found.

The second robbery happened early in the morning, on Friday, November 8th, 2013. The 69 year-old female was victimized for the second time, in less than two weeks.

Two black males kicked in her door while she was asleep. They held her at gunpoint and went throughout the residence. They demanded money. She gave them $200.00. They also asked if she had any money in her vehicle and about the other lady (the other lady from the robbery on October 28th,2013).

The other lady, the suspects were talking about, was visiting the victim when the robbery on October 28th, 2013 occurred, but has since returned to Pennsylvania. The suspects ran away and were not found.

The victim advised that the only place, on November 8th, 2013, she came from was the Lotto store in Oak Grove, KY and believes she may have been followed from that location.

There is no proof to that yet. But the lotto store is a common theme between the two incidents. She was not able to give detailed descriptions of the two suspects.
