Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Online is proud to announce that author/poet Sandee Gertz, has joined our incredible list of contributing writers.

As Clarksville’s only independently owned citizen news blog, our contributors freely share their news and opinions, each and every day.

Clarksville Online continues to offer a broad stroke of news and opinion from a long list of local, regional and national contributors.

Sandee Gertz is an award-winning writer and published author, with 20 years of experience publishing articles, essays, poetry, creative writing and editing.

In 2012, her full-length poetry collection, “The Pattern Maker’s Daughter,”  was published by Bottom Dog Press.

Sandee has been a freelance writer, and contributor of essays and articles for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Westsylvania Magazine and numerous other publications.

Sandee relocated to Nashville to help her son, Jordan Umbach, settle into the local music scene, and help promote his singing and songwriting career.  She fell in love with Nashville, and hasn’t looked back.

Each week, Sandee will share her experiences and tell her stories of the people, places and things she experiences, as this new chapter in her life unfolds.

We know you will fall in love with Sandee Gertz, and we look forward to her contributions.
