Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department to hold Dedication Ceremony for Richard Davis

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s Parks and Recreation Department will present the family of recently deceased Richard Davis with a plaque honoring him for his dedication to his job, Saturday, January 4th at 11:00am at Heritage Park Softball Fields.

“Richard was an employee that truly was a rare find. He loved working for the Parks and Recreation Department and there never was a day that he didn’t have a smile on his face,” said Kevin Cowling, Manager of Operations and Planning for Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department. “He has been sorely missed and it is an honor for us to memorialize him in this fashion.”
