Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Department of Electricity (CDE Lightband) is pleased to report that its annual external audit was recently completed with no findings of fraud or misstatement
The audit was performed by Crosslin and Associates of Nashville, TN.
This is the highest level of assurance that an audit opinion can offer. 2013 marks the third such year that CDE Lightband has had no findings reported from their audits.
“CDE Lightband is committed to maintaining the trust of its ratepayers,” said Brian Taylor, CDE superintendent. “This audit is result of a team effort by our employees who work hard to create and maintain a high level of standards that reflects transparency and integrity within our operations.”
CDE Lightband is a municipal electric and broadband services provider serving approximately 66,000 electric customers and 14,000 broadband customers within the city limits of Clarksville, TN.
