Clarksville Police report Pedestrian struck at the Intersection of Tiny Town Road and Needmore Road

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Friday night, January 24th, 2014 at 6:35pm, the Clarksville Police Department responded to a call that a pedestrian was struck by two vehicles at the intersection of Tiny Town Road and Needmore Road.

The pedestrian was still alive when the Officers arrived on scene. He was transported by LifeFlight to Vanderbilt Medical Center.


The pedestrian was Edward Holt. He is a 25 year old Clarksville resident.

The driver of the vehicle is Malaena Borger. She is a 41 year old Clarksville resident.

Borger was driving a Toyota Paseo west bound on Tiny Town Road. She proceeded through the intersection at Needmore Road, with a green light. Holt, wearing dark clothing, ran across traffic and was struck by Borger’s vehicle.

The Investigating Officer could not confirm that there were two vehicles that struck Holt. Holt’s condition from the injuries caused by this incident is still unknown at this time.

This is an ongoing investigation. There is no further information at this time.
