Austin Peay State University Governors - APSUBowling Green, KY – Another quiet offensive start doomed Austin Peay State University’s baseball team as the dropped a 5-2 decision at Western Kentucky, Tuesday night at Nick Denes Field.

Austin Peay (10-18) produced the game’s first run as leadoff hitter Ridge Smith hit the first pitch he saw for a single.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water is repairing a second water main leak on Rossview Road extending a water outage for residents between New England Place and Warfield Boulevard until approximately 4:30 p.m. Are residents may also experience low water pressure during the repair work.

Nashville SoundsNashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds – the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers – have announced their tentative Opening Day 28-man roster, a group highlighted by three of the organization’s top 10 prospects, 15 returning players from the 2013 squad, and 11 members of Milwaukee’s 40-man roster.

Nashville will have to make three roster moves by Thursday’s opener to get to the 25-man active limit.
