Montgomery County area TDOT Maintenance Work starting April 17th, 2014

Tennessee Department of Transportation - TDOTNashville, TN – From now through Wednesday April 30th, 9:00am-2:00pm, there will be temporary lane closures in both directions on SR 48 North (Trenton Road) between 8.0 MM (Needmore Road) and the 10.5 MM (Meriwether Road) in Clarksville to pull new cable for utility relocation.

The Clarksville Department of Electricity will be doing the work. Flag Pro will be taking care of the work zone. Weather permitting.

TDOT Maintenance – Middle Tennessee

On Thursday April 17th through Wednesday April 23rd, 9:00am-3:00pm, (excluding holiday weekend), there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:

  • I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Davidson, Robertson, Williamson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys Counties

On Thursday April 17th through Wednesday April 23rd, 9:00am-3:00pm, (excluding holiday weekend), there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee for tree trimming and removal on an as needed basis:

  • I-24 Cheatham, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Maury and Robertson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Dickson, Hickman and Humphreys Counties

Davidson County

On Tuesday April 22nd and Wednesday April 23rd, 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be alternating lane closures on I-24 at the Silliman Evans Bridge in both directions for bridge inspection crews to inspect the bridge.

Three lanes will remain open in each direction at all times.
