Clarksville Police Department releases update on College Street Shooting

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department has release additional information in regards to the shooting that occurred at the Red Zone on College Street on April, 26th, 2014.

19 year old April Madison, the victim who was shot in the back by her left shoulder blade, is paralyzed from the waist down. She will not go home after leaving Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Clarksville Police are looking for Arxavier Osborne and Taivaun Bell for questioning in the April 26th shooting at the Red Zone.

She will be going to a rehab facility. The suspect is still at large. No witnesses have come forward to give a name or description of the suspect.

There are two individuals from Clarksville who have warrants on file that were said to be present at the Red Zone during the time of the shooting.

Arxavier Dezhay Osborne

The first person, who has a warrant on file for Aggravated Robbery, is 19 year old Arxavier Dezhay Osborne.

Taivaun Marquise Bel

The second person, who has a warrant on file for Aggravated Burglary, is 19 year old Taivaun Marquise Bell.
