Clarksville, TN – Flags will be lowered to half-staff on Thursday, May 15th, 2014 on all City of Clarksville office buildings in honor of National Peace Officers Memorial Day and the Clarksville officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
“It is important that we always remember those officers who have given their lives in the protection of ours,” said Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan. “While it is a somber occasion, it is an honor to pay tribute to these heroes in our community and in our nation.”
