AAA reports Gas Prices keep slipping in the Southeast

 

AAATampa, FL – Crude oil and gasoline prices have been volatile across the country. In the past couple of weeks, prices in most states have fluctuated slightly, while motorists in the southeast have seen slow and steady declines.

Nashville SoundsNashville, TN – The first-place Nashville Sounds (35-30) held the hot-hitting Reno Aces to four hits in a 2-1 victory Monday night at Greer Stadium, plating the winning run on Jeff Bianchi’s walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth inning.

Leading 1-0, the Sounds sent reliever Jeremy Jeffress (3-1) to the hill in hopes of having him record his first save. The opportunity was blown when Reno, after drawing a lead-off walk and singling to center, cashed in on an errant throw from Bianchi.

Tennessee Highway Patrol arrests Man after Hit and Run Accident involving Six Year Old Child in Rutherford County

 

Tennessee Highway Patrol - THPNashville, TN - The Tennessee Highway Patrol arrested a Murfreesboro man on Sunday night after a hit-and-run incident involving a six-year old child in Smyrna.

Jan Kevin Cooley, 52, was charged with aggravated vehicular assault, leaving the scene of an injury crash, driving on a revoked driver’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
