Fort Campbell’s Second Annual Eagle Challenge Fitness Tour Warrior Challenge

 

2014 Eagle Challenge Fitness TourFort Campbell, KY – Join the Fort Campbell community for our June Eagle Challenge Fitness Tour event. Fort Campbell MWR, along with 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), will host a Warrior Challenge on June 21st.

This is Fort Campbell’s second annual mud run and this year’s course will bring different obstacles, along with a new set of fears to overcome! You will have to muscle, run, jump, climb and crawl your way through nearly six miles of challenging terrain.

The course is located near the CROF railroad head on Mabry and is designed for participants age 16 and older.

Younger participants will have a Junior Course available.

Registration is $30.00 until June 19th and $40.00 on the day of the event. The Junior Course will be free for participants age 8 to 15.

Registration will be available at www.fortcampbellmwr.com and is limited to the first 600 people, ages 16 and up. Same day registration begins at 6:00am and ends at 7:30am. Check in will end 30 minutes prior to the wave that you are signed up for.

The event will start promptly at 8:00am with waves of runners out the gate in ten minute intervals. This will not be a timed event but a clock will be provided for you to keep your own time. Keep in mind, this is a challenging obstacle course; bikes, strollers and pets will not be permitted.

Our next ECFT event will be the Functional Fitness Challenge on July 19th.
