On Sunday July 13th through Monday July 14th, until 6:00am, there will be lane closures on I-65, northbound and southbound, between MM 96 and MM 99, at CSX Railroad and Rivergate Pkwy, in order to perform deck repairs and replace the median barrier wall. At least two lanes will remain open in each direction.

This weekend will mark the third full-weekend (Sunday to Monday morning) lane closure in a series of at least 10. Crews will continue to work in the southbound lanes for the next three weekends, before shifting to the northbound lanes.

Please Note: This weekend, crews will also begin work on the median barrier wall, which will require a single lane closure in the northbound lanes.

The project consists of milling and paving a portion of I-65, as well as bridge deck repairs. Crews will cut out and replace parts of the concrete bridge decks over CSX railroad, Rivergate Parkway, Long Hollow Pike, East Cedar Street and Mansker Creek. Work will also be done to rebuild a portion of the median barrier wall and to repaint parts of the repaired bridges.
