Marcel would reach on an error, which set the stage for Hargrove’s heroics.

But they wouldn’t score again until the fifth inning, while Obion County scored five unanswered to go up 5-1.

Obion County scored its first three runs in the top of the fourth inning, with Connor Patterson opening the inning with a base hit, followed by a home run by Isaac Darnall to give them their first lead of the night, 2-1.

Blake Wilson would follow by going back-to-back with Darnall with a solo home run to give Obion County a two-run advantage.

Darnell drove in three on the night.

The final two runs of the game for Obion County came in the top of the fifth inning, as Dustin Dotson opened the inning by reaching on an error by Tullahoma, moving to third base on a double by Reed Logan and score on an infield out off the bat of Darnall.

The final run of the inning was scored by Logan, who came in on the backside of a double steal with Wilson.

Tullahoma would score its first run since the first inning in the bottom of the fifth, with Colton Tucker leading off the inning with a solo home run.

Tucker finished the game going 3-for-3, while Marcel, Hargrove and Hollis Fanning had two hits each.

Tullahoma will advance to face Karns, who lost to South Nashville in the finals of the winner’s bracket 9-3, in the third-place game on July 24th at 7:00pm with a berth into the championship game on July 25th in the balance.
