Clarksville, TN – On August 14th, 2014, at approximately 9:08pm, Officers with the Clarksville Police Department were dispatched to the 100 block of Chapel Street in response to a shooting.
Upon their arrival they located 24 year old Fran Daniel Caratini who had suffered a gunshot wound. Mr. Caratini was pronounced deceased on the scene.
