Clarksville’s Riverfest 2014 begins tonight with Entertainment from Nine different Bands

2014 RiverfestClarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville, Miller Lite and Agero invites everyone to come out tonight, Friday, September 5th, to the 27th annual Riverfest Celebration at McGregor Park on the banks of the Cumberland River. Admission is free to this two day music and arts festival.

This year’s festival features local, regional and national entertainers and is a great event for the entire family. Tonight, nine bands will perform on two stages and are guaranteed to entertain and excite those in attendance.

The music kicks off at 5:00pm with the Lucian Greene Band. Eight O’Five Jive Band takes the Miller Light Stage at 8:45pm, followed by headliner, the Jon Royce Band at 10:00pm.

Christian performers on the First Baptist Church Stage includes local singer/songwriter Lydia Walker at 7:45pm and the JJ Weeks Band who will perform at 9:00pm.

Riverfest ends Friday night at 11:00pm.

This year’s Riverfest Celebration is one you don’t want to miss!
