Land Between the Lakes to hold 20th Annual Nature Station Howl-O-Ween Trail Saturday, October 25th

Land Between the Lakes - LBLGolden Pond, KY – Come out to Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area on Saturday, October 25th, 2014 for some kid friendly, non-scary, daytime fun at the 20th Annual Nature Station Howl-O-Ween Trail from 1:00pm until 4:30pm. Take a 1/4 mile guided woodland walk at the superhero-themed bash.

Admission is $5.00 for all ages and free for ages 4 and under.

Tickets will be on sale at noon and walks begin at 1:00pm. The last guided walk leaves at 4:00pm. You are encouraged to wear a costume and reminded to dress for the weather.

There will also be treats, face painting, live animals and games.

Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area manages more than 170,000 acres in western Kentucky and Tennessee as part of the U.S. Forest Service and the Department of Agriculture’s public lands program.

Land Between The Lakes offers outdoor recreation, lake access, land management, and environmental education to over 1.4 million visitors annually. The Friends of Land Between The Lakes works in partnership with the Forest Service providing program services, funds development, and volunteer support.
