Teams – The Clarksville Police Department, Clarksville Fire & Rescue, and the Clarksville Dispatchers
Clarksville, TN – The Public Safety Health Challenge is a six week weight loss challenge between three different Clarksville public safety departments sponsored by Title Boxing Club in Clarksville.
The teams are the Clarksville Police Department (CPD), Clarksville Fire and Rescue (CFR), and the Clarksville Dispatchers. The Challenge started on November 3rd, 2014 and will end on December 14th, 2014.
Challenge
- 15 participants per department.
- Body Mass Index (BMI) Weigh Ins will be performed by a local Doctor.
- Each individual per team agrees to attend classes 3x per week at a minimum.
- 6-week meal plans to be provided by Nutrishop in Clarksville.
Incentives
- Heavy Weight Championship Belt provided to winning department.
- Free 12-month membership to the overall winner…most change; plus Free 6-month membership to the runner up from each department.
- Promotes health and wellness for City Public Safety Personnel.
- Bragging rights.
