The F.I.T. Program was created to build the average person into a healthier and fit person. The program brings this concept to the forefront by teaching the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The program has three levels depending on the goal of the participant.

They can either build endurance, increase muscle mass or do cardio to lose weight. Instructor, Joseph Hart, is an experienced Master Fitness Trainer and accomplished Track and Field athlete. He is ready to inspire and motivate you on your journey to total wellness!
