First Advantage Bank brings in Christy Caudill to it’s Executive Team

Veteran Nashville Banking Executive Returns as EVP and COO

First Advantage BankClarksville, TNFirst Advantage Bank announced that Christy Caudill has joined its leadership team as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Caudill will oversee the bank’s operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, retail, information technology systems and facilities.

Caudill worked at First Federal Savings Bank (now First Advantage Bank) from 2005 to 2010 in the IT and operations areas.

Prior to re-joining First Advantage Bank, she was Senior Vice President of Treasury Management and Deposit Operations for Avenue Bank in Nashville.

She also previously held senior roles at Nashville-based CapStar Bank.

“Many of our colleagues had the privilege of working with Christy just a few years ago. We are glad to welcome her back to our team. Her expanded experience, along with her familiarity with our internal systems, will help ensure our operations continue to support our planned growth in the region,” said Earl Bradley, First Advantage Bank Chief Executive Officer.

Earlier in her career, Caudill worked alongside several of the current First Advantage Bank executive team members while at Heritage Bank in Clarksville, and also held operations management roles with The Bank of Nashville, which was acquired to become Synovus.

Caudill holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Austin Peay State University and earned certification in Project Management from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
