Clarksville Police respond to shots fired at Pat Drive; St. Bethlehem Elementary was locked down

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – At 11:29am today, January 13th, an incident occurred on Pat Drive. The Clarksville Police Department was dispatched to the area because the victim who left prior to arrival of police because they were being shot at by a suspect in a Green Chrysler 300.

A name was given of the suspect and that individual has warrants on file but there is no way to confirm this information because the we have been unable to speak with the victim.

Officers have searched the area and were unable to find either the possible suspect or the victim.

The Clarksville Police Department believes that the public was never in any danger that this was a dispute between two individuals. St. Bethlehem Elementary was locked down, and CPD Officer staged in the parking lot.

We believe that the school was never in any danger this was done just to be overly cautious. St. Bethlehem Elementary is no longer down.

Detectives are starting their investigation, but we want the reassure the public that this is a dispute between two individuals.
