The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills and strategies win the most DUI cases not only at trial but also used to resolve DUI cases successfully for the defense prior to trial.

When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the necessary knowledge and experience that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.

Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys have received advanced level training on the strategies that win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial. Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys also have access to the resources and tools that are used to win and successfully resolve DUI cases.

Jacob, W. Fendley (Jake) father of four, began working for Rudolph, Ross and Fendley, Attorneys in 2003, at the age of 18. Jake started at the bottom of a law firm as a legal runner, then as a paralegal, then as a law clerk, graduating from law school in 2011. Today he is a partner at Fendley, Fendley, and Hahn. Throughout his career he has worked on a wide range of legal matters including civil, criminal, and family law cases. His involvement has been essential and has allowed him to experience first hand and participate in the litigation process from all angles. His experience and study of the law has been hands on.

He attended Law School at the Nashville School of Law with his sister and now partner Elizabeth Fendley Hahn. They were the first siblings to graduate simultaneously from the Nashville School of Law and did so as graduates of the schools 100th class. They sat for the Bar exam in 2012 and both passed on their first attempt.

The vast majority of young attorneys graduate law school without knowing how or what to expect in a court room. Jake was able to hit the ground running as a young attorney due to having over 10 years of experience working at his Father’s side. He values and enjoys a good reputation as an ethical and well prepared attorney and is well respected throughout the legal community in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Jake is passionate in the practice of law, and truthfully stands up for his clients. A combination of integrity and tenacity has translated into success and he is determined to continue his zealous approach to representing his clients.
