City of Clarksville to hold Free Concert in honor of our Troops during Warrior Week

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – Each year, the Military Affairs Committee of the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce organizes Warrior Week to honor all military personnel and their families.

The City of Clarksville is proud to show their support on Friday, May 8th, by hosting a free concert featuring award-winning, Country artists Little Texas! This FREE concert will begin at 6:30pm at Liberty Park. Concessions will be available for purchase.

2015 Warrior Week

For those vehicle enthusiasts, the 5th annual Warrior Week Car, Truck, & Bike Show will be held Saturday, May 9th beginning at 11:00am at Heritage Park.

The show is open to public viewing but to enter your car, truck, or bike you must be an Active Duty or retired military, as well as members of the American Legion, DAV, and VFW with an ID card. Over 30 trophies will be awarded, including an Outstanding Unit Award that will be awarded to the military unit that has the most show entries.

Pre-registration is free to those who register by noon on Thursday, May 7th. Onsite registration will take place from 8:00am to 9:00am and the cost will be $10.00 cash per vehicle.
