Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office issues State Highway 48-13 shooting update

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOMontgomery County, TN – Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports Brian Matthew Caudle, 49, who gave a Cunningham, Tennessee address was released from Vanderbilt University Medical Center today and charged with attempted second degree murder, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

His bond is set at $800,000.

These charges stem from the April 21st shooting on Highway 48-13 near State Highway 149.
