Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Summer Youth Program participates in Summer Food Service Program

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN –  The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department announces its sponsorship of the 2015 Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) which is administered in Tennessee by the Department of Human Services under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

2015 Summer Youth Program

Throughout the duration of the Summer Youth Program, meals will be provided to all of the participating children without charge.

Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.

Lunches are served Monday through Friday June 1st-July 10th from 11:00am-1:00pm.

Please check with the site director for actual serving times at each site.

If you wish to file a Civil Rights program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, or at any USDA office, or call 866.632.9992 to request the form.  You may also write a letter containing all of the information requested in the form.
