Clarksville Montgomery County joins Hands Across the Border for Memorial Day holiday checkpoints and patrols

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – State of Tennessee and local officials from both Kentucky and Tennessee took the podium to explain the upcoming roadside safety checkpoints and saturation patrols slated for Montgomery County, Tennessee and Christian County, Kentucky tonight and tomorrow night, May 22nd and 23rd.

The locations of the checkpoints will be on U.S. 41-A near the state line.

The Clarksville Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Kentucky State Police, Christian County Sheriff’s Department, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department, Hopkinsville Police Department and Oak Grove Police Department to participate in Hands Across the Border. (CPD)

Saturation Patrols will be on U.S. 41-A, Tennessee State Routes 374 and 236, KY. State Routes 400, 115 and 911. Troopers, Deputies, and Officers will also be out in force doing D.U.I. Saturation Patrol.

The Clarksville Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Kentucky State Police, Christian County Sheriff’s Office, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Hopkinsville Police Department and Oak Grove Police Department are scheduled to participate.
