Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that on Saturday, June 13th from 7:00am-5:00pm and Sunday, June 14th from 7:00am to 12:00noon, there will be a lane closure on I-24 westbound at MM 8.0 for bridge construction, including installation of metal deck panels on SR 237. The alternate truck lane will also be closed at this location.
This is part of the bridge replacement project over Interstate 24 (Exit 8) on State Route 237.
TDOT Maintenance: Middle Tennessee
On Tuesday June 16th through Wednesday June 17th, from 9:00am-3:00pmM, there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as-needed basis:
- I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
- I-65 Davidson, Robertson, and Williamson Counties
- I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, and Humphreys Counties
On Tuesday June 16th through Wednesday June 17th, from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee for tree trimming and removal on an as-needed basis:
- I-24 Cheatham, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
- I-65 Maury and Robertson Counties
- I-40 Cheatham, Dickson, Hickman and Humphreys Counties
Davidson County
On Thursday June 11th through Wednesday June 17th, from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be mobile operations in various locations for sweeping operations. This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.
On Thursday June 11th, from 9:00am-3:00pm and 7:00pm-5:00am, there will be alternating lane closures on Briley Parkway (SR 155) in both directions, between Ashland City Highway (SR 12) and Centennial Boulevard, in order for milling and paving. One lane will remain open in each direction.

Bridge Replacement on I-40 over the Harpeth River
From now through July 2016, Anderson Road at the I-40 overpass will be closed. Detours are in place.
