Clarksville Parks and Recreations’ Movies in the Park features “How to Train Your Dragon 2” Saturday, July 18th

People’s Choice Voting Underway

Movies in the ParkClarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville and Convergys are excited to announce How to Train Your Dragon 2 is coming to the big screen Saturday, July 18th as part of the 2015 Movies in the Park. Admission is completely free.

When an ice cave that is home to hundreds of new wild dragons and the mysterious Dragon Rider is discovered by Hiccup and Toothless, the two friends find themselves at the center of a battle to protect the peace.

Movies in the Park features "How to Train Your Dragon 2" Saturday, July 18th

The movie screening will begin at sunset, 8:15pm and will be the final showing at the Heritage Park Soccer Complex, located at 1241 Peachers Mill Road near Kenwood High School.

Movies in the Park will continue with the last six showings at Liberty Park.

The gates will open at 6:30pm and food will be available for purchase on-site from La Casa Taqueria Taco Truck, Relish the Dog, and KAC Concessions. Guests are invited to bring picnic baskets, blankets, and lawn chairs. Please leave your pets and alcohol at home. Invite your family and friends, arrive early, and enjoy the Movies in the Park experience.

Have you voted for the People’s Choice movie? Visit www.cityofclarksville.com/movies now thru July 12th to vote. The movie with the most votes will be shown at Liberty Park on August 1st.
