In the 35th minute, the Hornets scored their first goal of the game as Emily Fleming boxed out a defender in the box, and sent a ball in the net. However, one minute later, Wojcik answered back with her second of the afternoon, corralling a through ball from former teammate at Hartford CC, sophomore Brooke Nigrin, who then beat the goalkeeper for the score.

APSU Jennifer SmithWith 20 seconds remaining in the first half, freshman Jennifer Smith converted the game’s second penalty kick, giving her three goals on the year. APSU held a 13-5 shot advantage at the break, and continued to press in the final stanza to finish with 27 shots.
