Clarksville, TN – Batson Nolan, PLC announces the addition of Maggie Smith as an Associate with the firm.
Raised in Clarksville, Tennessee and a graduate of Rossview High School, Maggie attended college at Austin Peay State University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2009.
She completed her law degree at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2012.
Maggie also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Maggie earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2014. After completing her LL.M., Maggie practiced in Memphis before moving home to Clarksville to join Batson Nolan, PLC.
Maggie is a member of the Robertson County (Tennessee), Montgomery County (Tennessee), and Tennessee Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Estate Planning and Probate Section and the Tax Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association.
