Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Youth Basketball League registration ends October 5th

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – There’s still time to register your child for this season of Youth Basketball, but you’d better hurry! Registration for the Youth Basketball League will be closing on October Monday, October 5th.

Onsite registration is available at any of the three Community Centers, as well as at the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Main Office through Monday, October 5th.

Registrants must bring their birth certificate for age verification if they are registering for this program for the first time.

The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Main Office is located at 102 Public Square and is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Registration will be open online through the weekend at recpro.cityofclarksville.com

The cost is $65.00 per player. Each player will receive a jersey, water bottle and award.

Practices will be held at local school gymnasiums beginning November 2nd and games will be held each Saturday, beginning December 5th, at the City’s three community centers. Parents should be contacted by their coach prior to the start of games to let them know where and when their child will practice.

If you’re also interested in a leadership role on the court, Parks and Recreation is seeking Youth League coaches. Parks and Recreation will offer coaches’ training on October 13th and 15th at 6:00pm at Freedom Point at Liberty Park. All interested coaches may contact Athletic Coordinator, Albert Casillas, at the Parks and Recreation Main Office.
