Snow falling in Clarksville-Montgomery County

National Weather ServiceNashville, TN – The National Weather Service (NWS) reports Wintry weather has developed across Clarksville-Montgomery County and parts of Middle Tennessee Monday afternoon following this morning`s cold frontal passage.

Mainly light snow will continue through the night and into Tuesday. Total snowfall accumulation under one inch is expected for this event.

Although the snow is not likely to result in widespread travel impacts, a few locations could experience slippery roads, especially secondary roads.

Caution while traveling Monday night and Tuesday is advised.
