Clarksville’s Dancing with the Stars set for Saturday March 5th, 2016

Altrusa International of ClarksvilleClarksville, TN – Altrusa International Foundation of Clarksville presents its Seventh Annual Dancing with the Stars show on Saturday March 5th, 2016, 7:00pm at the Austin Peay State University’s Music/Mass Communications Building. This year will be an All-Star Reunion Show with 10 former Stars once again returning to the stage!

The event is held as a fund raiser to provide scholarships to non-traditional students. Our goal this year is to present $10,000 in scholarships.

Dancing with the Stars to be held at 7:00pm on Saturday March 5th, 2016 at the APSU Music/Mass Communications Building.

We are excited to announce the Stars for this year’s event: Conrad Edington of Edington’s, Etc., Darwin Eldridge of the IRS, Eddie Ferrell, Crye-Leike Realtor and Sales Manager, Kevin Kennedy of Kennedy Law Firm, Kayla Goad-LeVan, Byers & Harvey Realtor and President of the Clarksville Association of Realtors, Karen Meacham Retired Educator of CMCSS, Cydney Miller, Former Mrs. TN America and Mrs. TN International, Joe Padula of WJZM’s The Joe Padula Show, Amy Orton of Planters Bank, and Melissa Schaffner of Fort Campbell MWR.

These dancers are returning to compete for the coveted All-Star trophy and have been matched with dance pros representing local studios, including Ola Bashorun & Cathryn Curtis of Fusion Art & Dance, Mia Davila of Infinity Dance & Fitness, Christy Corley Sanders of Gateway Cast & Crowns, TC Madison of TC’s Dance Academy, David Westover of National Dance Clubs, Ian Preble of Nashville Swing Dance Foundation, David Whitmer of World Championship Productions, and Morgan Rudolph of Dance Force.

Awards will be given for the Best Star Dance Interpretation, Audience Favorite Star, and Audience Favorite Instructor/Studio.
