Clarksville Police Department cites Publix during March 31st Alcoholic Beverage Commission Operation

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Thursday, March 31st, 2016, Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operation Unit conducted operations targeting the sales of alcohol to underage persons.

Compliance checks were done on 15 businesses with 14 businesses being found in compliance and 1 business, Publix at 1771 Madison Street, cited for sales of alcohol to underage persons.

These types of operations are ongoing in an attempt to prevent the sales of alcohol to underage persons.

Agent David Bramel and Agent Vince Duke are the lead investigators.
