Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police reports all lanes of Interstate 24 are now open. Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers remain on scene to monitor traffic and continue the crash investigation.
The area is still slow and very congested from traffic which had backed up for several miles. The guardrail curled out onto the roadway after impact with a car.
Three tractor-trailers struck the guardrail and other debris, flattening tires and breaking air-lines on the big rigs.
