Clarksville’s Exquisite Creations Wedding & Catering to hold “Show & Tell” Business Expo, May 14th

Local Business Newcomer Provides Networking Opportunity And Community Connection

Exquisite Creations Wedding & CateringClarksville, TN – Essie Saulman is no ordinary small business owner. A military spouse married to an Army combat veteran who is now retired, she is a relative newcomer to the Clarksville business community.

After deciding on Clarksville as a perfect retirement residence, Saulman desired to do something meaningful with her creative skills and ability, she decided to enter into the catering business in February 2014 and soon recognized how a thriving business community can contribute to a healthy local economy.

She is the sole proprietor, owner and operator of Exquisite Creations Wedding & Catering and since residing in Clarksville has established a tremendous repore with a number of other local business owners.

Having experienced the benefit of her individual business connections, she developed the idea of organizing an event that will have a two-fold benefit to the Clarksville business and broader community.

The “Show & Tell” Business Expo was conceived with the intent of giving participating businesses an opportunity to directly connect with other local businesses who may be competitors or compliment the goods and services they provide, that will provide business an opportunity to connect with little-known goods and services that may otherwise not be advertised.

The Expo will also be an opportunity to connect businesses with the broader community, potentially expanding their customer (or client) base with the intent of stimulating business growth in the Clarksville Community.

The event will be held May 14th, 2016 from 10:00am-4:00pm at the Emmanuel Family Life Center (located at 330 Fairview Lane).

The “Show & Tell” Business Expo provides a unique opportunity for community members to access local businesses in one physical location, offering a tangible experience that connects them with businesses allowing them firsthand contact with goods and services and to collect information necessary in an environment that streamlines the consumer search with a number of businesses housed in one physical space.

Free and open to the public, during the event community members will enjoy a variety of food, music and dance entertainment as well as door prizes and freebies.

Saulman in partnership with Ms. Ellen Thomas of the Emmanuel Family Life Center share the belief that a healthy business community translates to a healthy local economy and have worked tirelessly to organize this business and community outreach effort to provide an essential promotional opportunity for many small and some otherwise unknown businesses in our community.
